Child Safety Standards
Effective June 11, 2026
Dusklo is an 18+ AI companion app. Children and minors are not allowed to use Dusklo, and we maintain zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) or child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
Report child safety concern18+ only
Dusklo is not designed for children, does not target minors, and requires users to confirm they are 18+ before entering the app experience.
Zero tolerance for CSAE
Dusklo strictly prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), grooming, sexualization of minors, attempts to endanger children, solicitation involving minors, trafficking, sextortion, or any content or behavior that exploits or harms children.
CSAM handling
Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) is prohibited. If Dusklo obtains actual knowledge of CSAM or child-endangering activity, we will take appropriate action, which may include disabling access, preserving relevant safety records where legally required, removing prohibited content, and reporting to appropriate authorities or relevant regional reporting bodies.
Reporting and feedback
Users can report safety concerns from inside the app through Profile and support surfaces, or by emailing support@dusklo.com. Reports involving minors, CSAE, CSAM, grooming, coercion, or exploitation are prioritized for review.
Child safety contact
Google Play or safety authorities can contact Dusklo about child safety concerns at support@dusklo.com. This mailbox is monitored for CSAE and CSAM enforcement, review, and escalation requests.
Legal compliance
Dusklo complies with applicable child safety laws and cooperates with lawful requests from authorities. We review these standards as product safety requirements evolve.
