Dusklo is an 18+ AI companion app for private, confidence-building vibe chats. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and how users can ask us to delete their data.
Information we collect
We collect the email address you provide for OTP verification, basic profile details such as display name, username, preferred language, and 18+ confirmation, plus app activity needed to run the service.
Chat content
When you chat with a Dusklo companion, we may process and store user-generated chat content so the app can show conversation history, generate replies, improve reliability, and support safety checks.
OTP verification
We use email OTP verification to confirm account access. OTP messages are sent through our configured email provider, and OTP codes should never be shared with anyone.
Analytics
We may collect privacy-safe product analytics such as screen views, chat start or completion events, and app reliability events. Analytics must not include OTPs, passwords, raw secrets, or private chat text.
How we use data
We use data to authenticate users, operate Dusklo, provide AI companion replies, maintain safety boundaries, debug reliability issues, prevent abuse, and understand broad product usage.
Data deletion
Users can request account and data deletion from inside the app or at /delete-account. We may keep limited records when required for legal, fraud-prevention, security, or abuse-prevention reasons.
